Hi! I’m probably out on site as you read. But here’s an insight! Alongside, Adrian, I have combined my 25 years of experience in the cleaning industry dedicating my knowledge by advising our talent team and clients.
I am keen on practicality, action and encouraging a strong reactive and responsible work ethic. This value-system grew after previously working with National based cleaning companies, managing and overseeing over 500 employees.
My key role is to be the point of contact for support and service to our clients, as well as our devoted Team. Both hold the same value, as without either we would simply not exist, today. See our team in action!

I’m the person who likes to pop in and confirm that all is running smoothly. My time at BCC has been somewhat of a journey to say the least. I started as one of the talents in the ‘A’ team and within time and proven track record, worked my way up to my role today; Area manager.
Boasting with first-hand experience and training, it was inevitable to start grasping on attention to detail and standards that make the difference for the company and clients.
It’s been a journey, but one that has allowed me to grow in many aspects by having the access and responsibility of our team and building relationships with our clients and staff.
Nonetheless, once all is said and done. I’ll take myself to an artisan coffee shop for a well roasted coffee.
